1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Passpoort, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Informational Purpose Only

Passpoort provides information about immigration pathways, visa eligibility, and related topics. This information is for general guidance only and does not constitute legal advice. Immigration laws and policies change frequently. You should always verify information with official government sources or consult a licensed immigration advisor before making any decisions.

3. Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive to keep our data accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee that all information is current, complete, or error-free. Immigration requirements vary by country and change without notice. Eligibility scores and recommendations are estimates based on the information you provide and the data available to us. They should not be treated as official assessments.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile.
• Keep your account credentials secure. Do not share your password with others.
• Do not use Passpoort for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate immigration fraud.
• Do not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service.

5. Pricing and Payments

Passpoort offers three options: a free Explorer tier, a one-time Pathfinder purchase ($55), and optional Passpoort Reports ($5 per report). All payments are processed through Stripe.

Free tier (Explorer) gives you access to a limited set of features at no cost, including building your profile and previewing matching countries.

Pathfinder is a one-time purchase that grants permanent access to all platform features. Because access is granted immediately upon purchase, Pathfinder purchases are non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing purchased features, contact us and we will resolve it.

Reports are purchased individually at $5 each. Reports are non-refundable once generated.

Pricing changes: we reserve the right to change the price of Pathfinder and Reports at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already made. If you have already purchased Pathfinder, your access remains permanent regardless of future price changes.

6. Referral Program

Every Passpoort user receives a unique referral code. You may share this code with others. When someone creates an account using your referral link and purchases Pathfinder, you earn a $5 credit on your account.

Referral credits can only be used toward purchases on the Passpoort platform (Pathfinder or Reports). Credits are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and have no monetary value outside of Passpoort. Credits are applied automatically as a discount at checkout.

There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make or the total credits you can earn. However, we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time. Abuse of the referral program, including creating fake accounts or using deceptive methods to generate referrals, will result in forfeiture of credits and possible account termination.

7. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Deleting your account permanently removes all your data from our systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or are used for fraudulent purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Passpoort and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting from reliance on information provided by the service, denied visa applications, or immigration decisions made based on Passpoort data.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through the application. Continued use of Passpoort after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
